Luxurious west side maisonette in Alexandroupolis

This is a wonderful maisonette of 140 sqm that is guaranteed to offer you comfort, luxury and absolute relaxation. It is divided into 3 levels and can accommodate up to 8 people. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, in the western suburbs of Alexandroupolis, just a 5-minute drive from the northern junction of the Egnatia Highway. The location of the maisonette is such that it offers easy access, comfortable parking and tours in any area inside and outside the city. On the first level of the maisonette there is a spacious living room with fireplace, a small WC and a fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances and dishwasher .
The living room has access to a large balcony while the kitchen leads to the courtyard of the maisonette, which is an oasis of coolness during the summer months and you can enjoy your meals and drinks during your stay. On the second level there are a total of 3 bedrooms of which the master bedroom has a queen size bed with dressing room and a private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds that can accommodate children and the third spacious bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony with great sea views.On the same floor there is a large bathroom with jacuzzi for moments of complete relaxation and additional storage space. All rooms are air conditioned and there is central heating for the winter months. Our guests if they wish can park their car in the private garage which is located in the basement of the maisonette and communicates via an internal staircase with the living room. On the same level there is a laundry area that will serve you on your holidays.
