Estate Irene

The Irene Estate is a small green paradise by the sea with private parking, just 2 km from New Chile. Warm and welcoming place ideal to give you carefree, tranquility, stunning images and daily dives on a ¨private¨ beach.
In an area of ​​2000sqm by the sea, dominates a wooden house which is surrounded by lush vegetation, fruit trees, climbing plants and colorful flowers.
The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms with a double bed and a sofa that can be easily extended into a double bed and twin beds, so the apartment is ideal for couples or families with children. The tasteful decoration, the family environment and the warmth of the space will make you feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware and a dishwasher. Necessary amenities are provided such as washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer as well as barbecue, toys and beach accessories.
There is no TV in the house but the cot and hammock in the garden is the ideal place to relax or read one of the books you can find at home. However you are provided with WiFi and sound system for music lovers. The bathroom has a shower but rest assured that the outdoor shower in the garden with its permanently hot water will fully cover both the need for shower and play. The dining room which can accommodate up to 10 people is located on the large terrace of the house overlooking the property but you could enjoy your meals even in the wooden gazebo overlooking the Thracian Sea and the beautiful sunsets.
If you still love nature and want to get closer to it, the vegetable garden of the estate is at your disposal. There you will find all kinds of vegetables that you can use directly in your salad such as tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and a few seasonal fruits such as strawberries, watermelons and melons.
Do not hesitate to climb the tree house of the estate but also to sleep under the stars… it is a unique experience!
